Qada Tracker is a mobile application designed to help users track their prayer debt (missed prayers) and record prayer completions. The App provides features for tracking, managing, and monitoring prayer-related data.

All data entered into the App is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your data on external servers. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about data handling.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App developers, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
